Authentic soy sauce with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and no gluten.
This soy sauce is lighter and less salty in taste than some of its competitors.
It goes great in stir fries and noodle dishes as it compliments rather than overpowering the other ingredients.

Lee Kum Kee is already a trusted brand, having a gluten free product to use has made it a lot easier to share food with my sister who lives with coeliac disease. Same great flavour so it can be substituted with no fuss.

First of all, I already love the Lee Kum Kee brand! However, I did not know they started making gluten free soy sauce. I was actually surprised that they had this option. This was perfect because I tend to avoid gluten in my diet for health purposes. I think this is a great product differentiation and I would definitely start purchasing this. The packaging is really nice as well. I found it easy to open and pour out the sauce. I also love the color choice. Gold and green look lovely to the eyes.
I had it first as a dipping sauce for some yum cha and it was delicious! I did find it to be less strong than the regular soy sauce so I would not be using this for marination. I will tend to use this more for cooking vegetables and dips. I would not have been able to tell that this was gluten free as it tastes just like regular light soy sauce. Overall, excellent product!
