A nice soy sauce, the recipe book that came with it was vey inspirational and gave us lots of ideas for how to use it. We aren’t very familiar with cooking asian foods but now we have this in the house we will definitely use it more frequently.
However, as I am unfamiliar with soy sauce products, I did not find this brand or the gluten free offering to be particularly distinguishable from other soy sauces.

Loved this, it was so tasty! I’m not Gluten intolerant but this was fantastic and I will buy it in the future. So so tasty, not too salty, perfect in every way I used it.
