We cook with soy sauce a lot but feel this product is best used as a dipping sauce considering price and consistency

Used the soy as a marinade on steaks. Mixed also with other ingredients. Caramelized nicely. Not to salty. Used also as a dipping sauce. Overall was an ok product.

It doesn’t have as strong a taste as other brands so would probably suit as a dipping sauce more than in cooking.

Used this as a dipping sauce for dumplings. Despite firstly shaking the bottle to ensure it was mixed the sauce was very thin (almost watery) and we felt it needed more texture. Also It was light on for flavour. Unfortunately we prefer other brands.

Great flavour. A good handy size that you can have at the table. Love the fact that you can close the bottle, avoid spillages and maintain the integrity of the flavour.
