I was hesitant about trying this as lemon myrtle can have a strong and overpowering flavour. It was well balanced and delicious when used with salmon. We really enjoyed and would buy again.

Great flavour which is authentic. The amount of spice in the packet is plenty to marinate half a kilo or more. Different and better than most other similar products.
