Classed as “mild” in flavour, I was a little nervous but this sauce turned out just right with its spice level.
I followed the pack instructions and cooked it with chicken, onion and capsicum. Rather than using fajitas, I decided to serve this in a wrap. Added avocado and lime juice infused sour cream as a topper.
Fairly easy to prepare, the only thing was that my chicken took longer than 5 mins to thoroughly cook through as I had larger chicken breast chunks rather than thinner slices.
The combination of all the flavours was great and my partner enjoyed it very much. We made 4 wraps in total which was a filling dinner for two.
