I am not usually a fan of long life milk but after tasting So Good™ Oat Barista milk today I am now addicted! Its not just a substitute for normal full cream milk in coffee but I like the creamy, rich flavour so much its now my beverage of choice when I want something more than water and i’ve even substituted it for orange juice and other cold drinks I usually keep in the fridge.
The rich, creamy flavour is really refreshing when cold & the long life pack allows me to keep it in the fridge for a few weeks. I love that this is lactose and diary free, low in sugar & fat & contains Beta-glucan which is a fibre which helps lower my blood cholesterol and sugar levels & makes me feel full without getting a stomach ache later. So Good is made with Australian oats so I know that has a lot less additives, toxins and genetic modification – not to mention reduced waste because its made locally. Now that I have tried So Good Oat Barista Milk I will definitely add this to my weekly grocery shopping list.

Since we started enjoying Oat milk in our coffee, we have tried most brands (Oakley, Minor Figure, Alternative, Coles brand etc) to try and find an Australian made Oat Milk. Is is brilliant, so pleased with the flavour, frothy and locally produced. Highly recommended
