Have tried this a few times with Thai inspired home meals such as Red Curry. Great combination with plenty of veggies thrown in as well.

I have on the odd occasion purchased basmati rice when needed as a healthier option but never had it with a coconut flavour before.
I tried the sample in the microwave (although I did like the idea of stir frying it as per the instructions so may try that next time) and it was abit bland on it’s own with just a hint of coconut flavour.
I teamed it up with the Creamy Coconut Pumpkin & Chickpea Soup for an afternoon snack for my daughter and I (late lunch for me) and it was a really good balance.
Seems to be on par with price of other rice brands and is certainly convenient. I would probably buy again in the future when wanting something different in flavour. Packaging would be really easy to spot in store due to the colouring.
