I prefer plant based milk and have never tried oat! This was a pleasant surprise to try as it was DELICIOUS! Great taste and great alternative to ordinary milk.

I like the claim for supporting gut health but I did not enjoy the flavour of this one. I found it a bit bitter. I enjoy other products from Vitasoy which I would recommend over this one.
