A product that takes some getting used to,but if gut health is on your radar,this and it’s other versions are worth a look into.This can be used for everything your usual milk is used for (from coffee to cooking),and without the “tummy issues” those with sensitive tummies can experience.I gave three stars simply because i personally was not a fan….i will try the almond next.The long life packing means that this can be on standby at all times,and can be taken with you “on the go” when you are out.The price is in line with other,similar product types,and coming from a trusted brand,you know this will not disappoint in terms of quality (i didn’t really like the taste,but appreciated the quality…which was evident by the texture and look…not “watered down”).

A lovely alternative to the regular lactose free milk for our girls with lactose intolerance, the said it taste alright but “different”. It went great in my coffee but I wouldn’t drink it plain. I love the prebiotic element for our gut health.
