The tart cases were not buttery soft, but more like a biscuit and the ganache did not have the expected texture.

These tasted delicious but were super fiddly to make and I feel like there wasn’t enough of the base mix compared to the ganache. Plus, all that effort for only 6 tarts was a bit disappointing!
