    These noodles are so tasty and easy to use. I soaked them for around 10-15 minutes to soften them, and they turned out silky and tasty.

    Made the stay chicken recipe on the packet and very tasty.
    Noodles do need to be soaked for quite a while to soften. Have been put off them in the past as they have been rubbery, this time I soaked them for 15 mins and the were much better.

    + PROS: Love the 2 serving size pack, much less wastage.
