Barilla gluten free tastes quite similar to non-gluten free Barilla spaghetti pasta. There is still a little difference in the texture but with the sauce it masks it quite well. Will use this to entertain my friends who are gluten tolerant. But for the family, am sticking with normal Barilla pasta – cheaper and bigger pack.

Not bad for gluten free pasta. It is very hard to find quality gluten free products. Takes a bit longer to cook than standard pasta but that’s to be expected. I would buy it again
