I did not receive this in my box but I have bought and tried the product so I thought I’d leave a review anyway
I love rocklea road especially darrell lea and to see these in a pack with some what bite size pieces as opposed to the big massive chunks that you have to cut was excitement for me
It was delicious as always
Maybe some more in the bag or I’ll just have to buy a few bags to keep for sneaky treats

I have always enjoyed Darrel lea’s Rock Lee Road, but the new owners have played with the recipe, now it has too much coconut and a few other things are missing

A lovely snack. Chocolate is really nice. This has a marshmallow coconut in the mix and it’s appealing – not overpowering but just a nice bite in the pieces.

There’s nothing different in the recipe, it’s standard rocklea road block just in bite size or individual serves. I found the size of the pieces could vary quite a bit, which if eating with others isn’t ideal, esp if there are kids – ‘no fair, there’s was so much bigger’ Darrel lea rocky road is very ubiquitous amongst widely available rockyroads.
The peanut pieces were a good size and the distribution even. I do think there’s more marshmallow and less chocolate and nuts every time I try rocklea road. That kind of shrinkflation is so common, after an initial notice and feeling outraged, it’s barely remembered.
I personally miss the addition of a cherry, turkish delight or other red jelly in rocky road, but that’s never been part of darrel lea’s traditional offering. If you want a rockyroad in a share pack or individual serve then this is a great addition.

The whole family loved this. It tasted really fresh without the genetic/synthetic taste processed sweets can sometimes have. Perfect as a treat on a picnic or to serve at parties. I will buy again.
