Quite liked the product. But the applicator was awful. I ended up pouring it into my hand to apply. Total waste of plastic.

I really enjoy the product. It has a nice scent and was great to use on my itch scalp. I feel like it really softened the scalp and helped prevent itching between showers. I’ve been looking for a product that worked and would buy in the future.

I think the concept of this product is great as I use lots of styling products and need to use products to prevent buildup. However this product needs some improvement. I think the applicator wasn’t as easy to use and I felt like it didn’t leave my scalp feeling as clean as I had hoped.

Trying it for the first time yesterday, found it extremely hard to get product out. It didn’t lather my hair really well but has a nice scent.

Very ineffective. Hard to use the applicator. Took a while to work out how to get the Rinse to come out of the bottle. You have to press the applicator to make the Rinse come out, which hurts when pressed against the scalp. The applicator itself is not long hair friendly – all it does is tangle the hair when used as a ‘scrubber’ to exfoliate. The actual rinse itself didn’t make my hair feel any cleaner and the fact that it does not lather only adds to the difficulty in moving it through the roots of my hair. The only thing I liked was the smell – very fresh and invigorating peppermint scent. Sorry, but this product gets a thumbs down from me.

Packaging was ineffective. The applicator was a bad design. I had to unscrew the cap to use the product. Maybe it was just my thick hair but definitely not exfoliating like it should be

Applicator was a bit confusing to use as i followed the instructions and no matter how hard i pressed down there was no product coming out. I had to twist open the packaging, only downfall was to much product then came out and I had to quickly put it in my hair not for the product to be wasted. I will keep using this product even if I have to use my hands to apply the product as I do like the out come of this product and was happy with the results on my scalp.

bit confused by this product, you have to press down on the applicator first and it didn’t really get through to my scalp as I have thick hair, felt like the product just sat on top of my hair, even when massaging it in, I turned to using my fingers to work it in.
smells nice, i feel you need to use it a few times to see any results?

The applicator takes a bit of getting used to – you have to press down quite hard for the product to come out, and you have no idea how much is coming out and you’re not able to control the flow of the product. The product is lightly scented and my scalp does feel cleaner.

Didn’t really rate this product. Particularly the packaging.. the applicator didn’t seem to work very well through my thick curls. But I used the product without the applicator and couldn’t really see what it was supposed to do. Didn’t exfoliate that’s for sure!
