Keens Meal base is super easy to prepare and deliciously tasty. My family prefers the coconut lentil curry to the honey mustard chicken. Hope there’ll be more options to choose from 🙂

Loved the flavour, still not keen (pardon the pun) on ready made sauces, but the convenience was fabulous, dinner prepared and ready in 30 mins.

We had this for dinner tonight. Loved it. I don’t usually use packet mixes but make from scratch so had my doubts, they were totally unfounded. I followed the instructions on the packet, with minor changes. I thawed two breast fillets, and they were just over 300gm, so a little less than the recommended amount but I added a small carrot chopped finely. I also served with potatoes mashed with cream cheese and served beans peas and corn on the side. We had enough for three generous serves and a container for the freezer. Excellent taste and great value
