Lighter and full of flavour, it has replaced my previous brand of choice on my grocery list and although it is a little more expensive than my previous choice I would rather pay a little more for this brand after trying

Abit bold in taste. Very different my usual soy sauce or seasoning sauce. Tried it with stir fry’s and as dipping sauce. It’s good for cooking definitely for the extra kick of flavour!

I found this soy sauce to be pleasantly mild in flavour, it didn’t have that strong salty taste found in some other soy sauces. I used it in a few stir frys and it provided a nice soy flavour without being overpowering, so the other ingredients still retained their own taste. My next use for it is in a marinade, so I’m interested to see how it holds up with the other marinade ingredients.
