I don’t have a slow cooker so I cooked it slow in the oven. At first I wasn’t impressed with the smell, I thought the red wine was quite overpowering. But once it was cooked it tasted SO yummy. My family isn’t big on casseroles so I used it as a pie filling in the pie maker instead.
I absolutely loved it and I’ve never seen pies disappear so fast! I will definitely do it again.
