An amazing pizza sauce. So much better than the thick, sugary sauces currently available. Definitely a more traditional sauce, which I love.

I really liked this product. I think it’s too runny to use as a pizza sauce (unless it;s cooked out and made thicker). I use passata like this to make pasta sauce which I cook for several hours. The taste however is lovely, has a great real rich tomato flavor.
