Did not like the artificial/chemical taste, but I did feel more relaxed after drinking it (even if it was only a placebo). I could not justify paying $5 for one of these though.

Being on the petite side, I found the cap a bit tricky to open.
The taste was fine although it’s not something I’d seek out again for flavour alone.
I drank it after a mentally taxing day at work and did feel a small lift in my mood. Still, I’m not sure if it also played a part in making me feel a little sleepy afterwards.
