Tilda Soy & Ginger Sticky Rice
Soy sauce and fragrant ginger bring a moreish twist to our delicious Sticky Rice — perfect for rice bowls or Asian-inspired meals. Try it with Shiitake Mushrooms and Green Beans: stir-fry green beans, mushrooms and a chopped onion until softened. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar and cornflour with a dash of water, then pour over the vegetables and cook for a few minutes. For extra protein, add fried chicken or firm tofu. Ready in just 90 seconds, gluten free, vegan-friendly and made with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives — a quick, tasty and versatile meal base.

Really enjoyed seeing and using another gluten free product. Easy to follow instructions on the packet and a handy recipe to try.
I liked the flavour as it was not too strong. Quite balanced.
Was a lot stickier than I thought but that may have been user error with microwave timing.
Used with a honey chicken broccoli base to make a hearty meal.

This rice was the perfect side dish accompaniment to my home made honey chicken. The ginger was slightly stronger than the soy flavour, but that was fine. Just right for 2 serves. Hope they make a larger pack one day. I also liked the recipe idea on the back of the pack.
