Similarly to earlier reviews I found I could not use after third time. No mechanism for winding out the ‘lead’ and sharpening results in broken ‘lead’. I do not recall seeing instructions on the packaging. (Sadly I disposed of this when I opened the item.). Eventually I prised off the covering at the bottom of the wand, used a bamboo skewer to push the ‘lead’ up.
+ PROS: Colour is good.
- CONS:No mechanism for extending colour nor instructions on how to use.

Great – until you need to sharpen it ! Initial use has nice pointed tip and provides a neat lip line. This tip only lasts a few times the. Pencil needs to be sharpened. Here’s where it turns bad. Unable to sharpen at all. Soft wax continually breaks no matter how gentle you sharpen it. Would never buy again.
