Managed to trick the family into thinking they were eating a regular Bolognese sauce. They enjoyed it and were surprised to know it was actually Vegan! A great option to keep in the pantry for those last-minute weeknight dinners,

The sauce was delicious and we loved the chunky cegetable bits, we added some carrots, mushrooms and vegan meatballs too. We paired it with the gluten free spaghetti. Overall, a very hearty and tasty meal.

None of them realised that it was vegan and were pleasantly surprised when I told them.
