- 455g frozen strawberries or your favourite fruit
- 2 tablespoons honey, or your preferred sweetener
- Food processor or blender
Using a food processor or a high-speed blender, mix all ingredients together and blend until thoroughly combined.
Transfer mixture into a loaf pan and smooth until the top is an even layer.
Place in the freezer for two hours or until frozen but still a little soft for scooping. (If freezing over night, cover with a lid or plastic wrap and let it sit out at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes before scooping)
Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!
